Venturing beyond the familiar landscapes of her upbringing, Emma relocated to Portland at the age of 19, driven by an innate desire for new horizons. Embracing the city's vibrant culinary scene, she found herself immersed in the world of fine dining at the esteemed Il Terrazzo. Over the course of nine years, her exploration of culinary intricacies sparked a profound appreciation for the art of wine.

Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Emma pursued and achieved the prestigious Level 3 WSET certification, solidifying her standing as a distinguished sommelier.
